Tours leave from Gujarat. Himachal trips start and end at Gandhinagar by train, and Rajasthan trips leave from Ahmedabad. Some Himachal packages also offer a Chandigarh-to-Chandigarh land-only fare if you make your own way there.
They are fixed-departure group tours: a set itinerary on set dates, with the price published per person for each boarding point and class of travel.
Call or WhatsApp +91 97372 95717, or send an enquiry from any package page. A booking is confirmed on receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit, and registration charges are non-refundable.
Cancelling 30 days or more before departure loses the deposit; 15 to 29 days costs 50% of the package; 7 to 14 days costs 75%; and less than 7 days or a no-show costs 100%. Approved refunds are paid within 10 to 15 business days.
Yes. Packages with a child fare list it beside the adult fare; on the Himachal trips the child fare applies to children aged 5 to 10.
On Gandhinagar-to-Gandhinagar fares, yes — sleeper, 3rd AC or 2nd AC depending on the fare you choose. Tickets are issued through IRCTC and open 60 days before travel, so booking early matters. Seat numbers come only when the chart is prepared, and we cannot change RAC or waiting-list tickets.
Each package page lists its inclusions. Typically: hotel stays, breakfast and dinner, transfers by tempo traveller, sightseeing in the itinerary, and toll, parking and driver allowance. Personal expenses, entrance fees, adventure activities and travel insurance are not included.
No. Transfers in the hills are by non-AC tempo traveller, because AC does not work well on hill roads.
Yes. Peak dates carry a season supplement — on the Himachal trips, ₹2,000 extra per person for departures from 7 to 14 November and from 16 December to 15 January. These dates are highlighted on each package's departure calendar.
A travel guide accompanies groups of 15 or more. For smaller groups, the driver provides the necessary guidance.
Safety comes first. If snow blocks the road, the vehicle goes only as far as it safely can; going further to points such as Solang Valley or the Atal Tunnel needs a 4x4 at your own cost, and the group may wait at the hotel until the weather improves.
A government photo ID, a warm or thermal jacket, gloves, sports or trekking shoes, goggles, prescribed medicines, a water bottle, a phone charger and power bank, and a raincoat or umbrella.
